Dogfish Inn - Lewes

We visit this place every year and we are always thrilled with our experience. The location is fantastic, the rooms are large and spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I really enjoy taking a morning stroll to the office for a fresh cup of coffee! The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and they provide beach towels, chairs, and even bicycles if you'd prefer not to walk or drive. Another wonderful feature is that they're dog-friendly! I can't wait to return!

This is the ideal place to experience Lewes! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and it offers all the amenities you could possibly want—and more. The innkeepers are friendly and ready to assist. You're just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street, as well as the beach. I highly recommend it!

This was our 4th stay in 9 years and each time has been amazing! You will be googling the mattress to buy one for your home. The innkeepers are knowledgeable and truly love what they do. The junction trail is close and it’s a half mile walk to the beach.

The Dogfish Inn has it all. Firstly I want to say a place is only as good as the people who work there. The crew here is outstanding. Without them, this would just be a place to stay. Everyone here always has a smile, kind &friendly and make you feel very welcome. This property is a little slice of heaven. Comfortable beds, great showers, thoughtful amenities, and the location can't be beat. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Such a quaint little town with a great beach and all the amenities. The hotel was everything it was billed as and the service was above and beyond. The staff was very attentive and the room was more than comfortable. If you’re headed to the Delaware beach this should be on your list.
