I ate in this restaurant in Cologne-Mülheim about years ago, because if it has doubled in size (by taking over the neighboring premise), but the quality remains high. it is very popular with locals and deserves to be better known by tourist. his. speciality I am probably pizza, and one of my friends said his pizza italia was the best he ever had eaten. I went for the mid-week, rigatoni cardinale, which was also delicious. we sat on the back, outside, as the weather was hot, and drank the Bavarian whiteberry, followed by a Grappa-Dauif. the personal is Italian and very friendly. However, note that they do not take credit cards.

Our favorite restaurant in köln. very Italian atmosphere, friendly and competent service, great pizza. especially we like the seasonal options and the flexibility at the toppings, plus: the worth is unbeatable. also there is always a good cry. the only thing they should avoid. is seafood as they are served surimi sticks instead of real crabs.

I've been to this restaurant before. this is my favorite food/bar in köln mulheim. very friendly staff. reasonable size menu, the pizza selection seems pretty good, maybe a bit limited to other options. good drink selection. reasonable prices and the ancestors always a...bit overwhelming? a very decent place to cook on the earth. in any case would recommend.

On a business trip i came by Pizzeria Palazzo, thanks to the recommendations of the other TripAdvisors. Usually these places are packed so a reservation is needed, so i tried giving the restaurant a call, only to conclude, that not a single employee speaks English....Well, i used to have German in school (but it was not exactly my favorite class), so eventually they understood my request and said that a table was no problem. They were right; i arrived at an empty restaurant on a wednesday night at hours. The service was friendly and attentive (and luckily understood what i said). I had the pasta with salmon in cream sauce as a starter, and a Pizza Diavolo as a main dish. I had two beers of the local Kölsch, and the total bill was euro. The food was well made, and the starter arrived within minutes. Very impressive. I'll recommend the Palazzo if you're after a good night out, with good food, at reasonable prices. No hassle, and definitely no dress code. My kinda place.
