Creative kitchen in a nice mood. Refined dishes based on recognizable local ingredients prepared with a look on the world. Hop manages to give interesting kitchen a high 'comfortfood' content and has an entire profile and place in the restaurant landscape. Nice wine card with also squeaky physicians for the lovers. The pairing with beer is a tough choice. The interior is sober and cozy, the open kitchen gives great ambiance. A place to go back or go into lockdown situations.

The set menu is filled with delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients that are carefully prepared. The atmosphere feels like you are dining in a private kitchen, and the food reflects this personal touch. It is the perfect spot for a cozy dinner with friends or a romantic date night. The staff is fantastic and I highly recommend this restaurant!

It has been a long time since I have had such a great dining experience. Everything about this restaurant was perfect: the location, the ambiance, the music, the food, the drinks... Take the time to savor it all, as the entire experience lasted around 2.5 to 3 hours, but it was definitely worth it. From the delicious appetizers like blue cheese with radish, to the tasty bites of cauliflower on the barbecue and tartare, and the wonderful fish dishes. The main course of barbecue duck was outstanding, and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. The drinks that accompanied each dish were a perfect match. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
