The Slice Bar & Grill - Lethbridge

Maybe not the best night to be out... But the food was great and the waitress was great. Four talented musicians, but due to the sound volume that is far too loud for the venue, the true essence of the songs they played was lost... which was a shame. Too noisy to chat with friends, so we went earlier then intended.

The pizza choices are endless with a wide selection of toppings. the mozzarella is a good taste and on the gooey side that says a lot for lethbridge pizzas (lethbridge pizzas are usually much above price, weak on cheese volume and... quality, and tend to have sauces that do not risk awakening or destroying every palate). Price for what you get, with an authentic old world style thin crust. I would rather come more herbs through the sauce and add additional cheese if you are used to make pizza from the east (i.e. montreal).

Amazingly thin crust pizza. great mood and character. Skip the same old one and check this place. it is not perfect, but then again that wants a sterile environment without any culture.

The atmosphere can feel a bit creepy when there is a quiet night and there is no live music. I would suggest ordering and picking if that was the case. But definitely take a slice and some live music if you have the chance!... The Slice Special is my favorite!

If you like thin crust pizza, this is your place. Good selection of beer too. The place is very quiet early on the evening and the pizzas are cheaper then too. Good music venue as well.
