Luigi's Pizza & Steak House

It has a reservation for 7pm for Mon Feb 14th and was not booked until 7:40. I ordered an 8oz filet mignon medium. I got my plate and it was like the kitchen literally left the steak for 30 seconds, not cooked at all and was full red. Also the veggies were two small carrots, brussels sprouts and some weird tomato combo on the side that was totally bland. I was very disappointed because I heard good things about this restaurant. But for the time I waited for my food and for the food to be rushed and not cooked and the kitchen needs some work.

The restaurant was very bad. 2 pieces of broccoli and 1 sliced ​​carrot was the "vegetable" in the meal. They forgot the engraving for the sandwiches and used simulated bacon. The food tasted fine if you didn't eat from the GF menu. The gluten free pasta bakery was terrible as it was basically tomato sauce on broken GF pasta noodles. No cheese or meat even when requested. The only benefit was the checkout was put in the wrong menu item as GF so it was cheaper than what was listed on the menu. Wouldn't recommend as there are better places to eat in Lethbridge.

Nice and clean, good menu, great service, awesome food. If you like pasta or pizza, give these guys a try! Of course, they're a family restaurant, so restaurant assured there's something on the menu for almost everyone from burgers, wraps, fish and chips, to chicken fingers and salads. Enjoy!

Went there Friday night and ordered a 8 oz prime rib medium rare.When the prime rib arrived it was very rare. Just red. So I thought I will try it and see what it tasted like. Tried cutting the prime rib but couldn't cut through it with the steak knife provided . I called one of the waitresses and asked her that this prime rib was too rare and take it back to make it medium rare. When it arrived back it was medium rare. Tried cutting it but it was still too tough to enjoy.This is first time this has ever happened as I many prime rib at this restaurant before and enjoyed them all.Maybe they have a new Chef their but I was not impressed at all with this piece of prime rib.

Service was good and our server was very helpful with figuring out dishes to avoid because of allergies. But for the price, the food was just ok. We both ordered hamburgers and got a starter. The starter arrived in good time but then we waited another 30-35 minutes for our hamburgers. They we're just ok. I might go back if I knew the service was going to be a little quicker and if the hamburgers were going to be better than I could make at home.
