The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Lethbridge

We ordered middle rare main nativity, when we were ready for our meal, they had not made moderately rare, but only moderately too good. The main rib was good, but not really what we wanted. The manager offered to replace the main rib with something other than the main rib, but we went back. The manger generously reduced our bill, which we appreciated. Our waiter was very professional and attentive.

We came for our anniversary. We ordered 2 salads and a hot appetizer. The wizard offered bread. Our hot appetizer came, our salads 10 min later and bread shortly before Entre. We both ordered Steak Medium well. My spouse rarely came. The waiter apologised him wrong. All right. It still came back laboriously. The third time it came to be carburized and to eat in 3 pieces too hard. We sent them back and told them we didn't want it. I was almost done. It was disappointing to spend $100 and not have dinner with my partner. Errors happen and our waiter repaired his, but it was a lot wrong to go.

We have experienced The Keg in many cities across Western Canada and found the Lethbridge restaurant lacking in comparison. Four visits in YQL with a 50-50 on performance and service. First two were gong shows with the blind leading the blind it appeared. Last two were much better with a true sense of professionalism installed in their staff. And as always, hard to beat their steaks. Would recommend and will be back.

The snow removal guy was rude but everything else was great . We tried to park in the front at 4pm and he was laying on his horn throwing his arms up in the air and yelled at us to park in the back
