Very well organised and queues are not long so a quick stop and go

Was told I had to join the 45 minute queue just to pick up a click and collect at argos, yet the previous time in the store I saw staff letting customers through and accompanying them to/from argos to ensure they didn't shop in sainsbury's without queueing. I also overheard a manager/supervisor telling a store assistant that they could let argos customers in first, if only using argos.

Had a unpleasant experience.. Logo says one adult at a time to shop.. My husband and I went to shop maintained 2meter distance followed the queue with separate trolleys. entered and just changed bank cards cos he was shopping for a neighbour. The security asked him to leave without hearing us out.. We obliged didn't want to cause a scene. Was told families are not allowed to shop together. Change the logo to only one adult per family allowed to shop..

Waited at 9.00 for 39 mins outside but lots of products on the shelves even got hand soap !!

I visited the store today and queued for about 30 mins to get in. All staff were polite, professional and had the system working like a well-oiled unit. I almost enjoyed the experience. The NHS is rightly being praised at the moment, but there are other unsung heroes. The big supermarkets must be raking it in and I hope they share the profits with their workforce.
