S Viet - Les Sables-d'Olonne

After 10 days of seafood, we were searching for something different and found this small (foodshop like) vietnamese place. Ordering was a bit diffcult, because we cannot speak French and the staff ony spoke a bit of English, and some of the things on the...menu were not available that day. The food was very nice and authentic and we enjoyed it a lot. Price was oke and a good value for money.

Found this nice little Vietnamese restaurant when walking around the town a little further away from the touristy area (10 min walk). It was very quiet the night we went there, and we had a very personal service from the Vietnamese owner. His English wasn't...great but he went out of his way to talk to us and help us pick a nice dish from the menu. The dishes are well priced, especially compared to the restaurants on the beach front. Would definitely eat here again!

I tried this place yesterday. We were two adults and two children. We called the same day to make a reservation. We arrived at 7:45. We asked for a children's chair, we got a car seat on a chair without a belt... so we took... back into our car and our stroller to sit our son (16 months old). Had to wait until 08.15PM until our order was taken. The lady took care of other customers who came for Takeaway and the service was very slow... We wanted to try her Banh Xeo and say they didn't prepare it... So, we have the dishes available, the classic Spring Roll roast fresh spring roll Pho Beef with Veggie Very disappointed by the taste, although these dishes are the classics in the Viet kitchen. Anyway, we ate as fast as in the middle of our dinner, a homeless came to the restaurant and disturbed the customers... the owner came out of his kitchen to get him out, but we were shocked anyway. So, for a first attempt in this city for Vietnamese food, we will NOT return again

We went to the restaurant in the early evening. Expects 30 minutes while picking up orders have been handled (some of them have arrived to order). Sometime without food. Very disappointing, as the menu looked good.

We were on the Ibis just on the road to try this out after we checked it here on Trip Advisor, we were very happy with our removal.
