Rouge Bistro - Les Rosiers-sur-Loire

3 courses and glass of wine or beer for €15 as formule du jour was excellent. Buffet starter, chicken breast with ratatouille and a dessert. Others chose from a la carte menu, burger with chips, steak and chips. Air conditioning inside was welcome on a day with temperature in mid 30s. Well patronised inside and outside. Parking outside by the Loire or a short walk away in the town centre.

Booked here for a Tuesday lunchtime after failing to get in a week before as we hadn’t booked then (it’s very popular). Went for the fixed price menu which was amazing value. Starter was their buffet which featured a incredible range of salads, cold meats, quiche etc. Starter was pork with a ratatouille and equally as tasty. Service to bring out the main and our 2 year olds meal of ham and chips was very prompt, but after that we were very much neglected so much so we didn’t have time for pudding or coffee. Others around us had more prompt service, so guess we were just a one off (otherwise would have given five stars).

On holiday with mum and dad we all love our food, picked this restaurant from a random list. Omg I’m glad we pick this one. Everything was amazing the service, the food, the drink and the bill. Waitress was very helpful considering we don’t speak much French. I would definitely recommend this bistro to anybody thanks so much to the lovely waitress and the chef!!

Buffet des entrées à base de produits frais, jolies salades. Plats mijotés maison délicieux. Un peu bruyant cependant, pensez à réserver.

On y vient manger à chaque fois que nous passons dans la région, en famille ! Le menu du midi propose un rapport qualité-prix absolument imbattable, des produits frais, toujours avec beaucoup de goût et des recettes originales. L'accueil est charmant et efficace. La décoration est réussie, on s'y sent bien. A la prochaine fois!
