Civilisations - Les Herbiers

Last Sunday on 6 October, lunch in this restaurant: very disappointed. We'll give you a white buttered bar net, I'm following Nantaise, and I'm going to enjoy myself. Alas, point of white butter but melted butter. Our table neighbours, having taken the same thing, were also very disappointed. Mr. Chief, you have to learn how to make a white butter, or not put it in your menu. I think for a gourmet restaurant, it's a little light. But the note is not light. I'll pay the price when what I have on my plate is worth it. That's not the case. Very a shame because the service is impeccable.

I discovered by chance this superb restaurant with a friendly atmosphere, we eat very well and I had the honour to meet luc who offers in addition to its service at the top of karaoke moments on Friday night. I'll go sing this Friday in this magical place. Thanks to the whole team.

The meal was refined, nothing to say. The cabaret night was really great. It's good to have dinner with a show that's a very good idea.
