We were amused by the 3 6 ltr bottles of rose which seemed to be flowing all around us but decided we wouldn’t be able to ride back to Morzine if we partook! Would definitely recommend this lunch spot.
We had a wonderful lunch in the sunshine on the terrace with an amazing view of the mountains all around us. The menu is fantastic, the service was incredibly friendly, and we were even treated to live music, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Make sure to reserve a table well in advance!
This wonderful family owned Resturant is one of our favourite places in the world. The menu has some unusual but delicious mountain treats you won’t find anywhere else … tartiflette with lobster (best tartiflette on the mountain), tandoori chicken pizza (best pizza I have ever had), bbq ribs, beef pie and slow cooked lamb shank are all worth the trip when you have had one too many carbonara’s, omelettes and frittes on the more traditional mountain haunts.
We have rarely eaten as well in an altitude restaurant. Small shy staff, but probably just linked to the English team language barrier. It is certainly a little expensive, but at least they are good products and cooked at home. We took the dish of the day and the gourmet cafés, everything was excellent! Only small dish, no carafe water. But it did not ruin our pleasant lunch with fire with a breathtaking view on all the doors of the sun.
Panoramic view, pleasant service varied map. Very expensive even for an altitude restaurant.
