Le Charleville - Les Cèdres

This is a lovely little restaurant with a terasse that would have been lovelier if the staff didn't look like it was painful to work there. My friend and I were about as nice a guest as anyone could be and barely a smile was cracked. Food was excellent.

Just finished dinner at this awesome restaurant. Second time here and everything was great. It is a pleasure to be here. The wait staff is on the ball. The service is not fast but who wants to rush a great meal, makes that a dining experience. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking and it was. The food is great and being a BYOB makes it even better.

I found this restaurant via trip advisor reviews and have to agree it was simple great.I went on a Thursday night with 5 people and we had an outstanding night. The fact that it is a BYOB restaurant is a plus as we are into fine wine so you can bring whatever you like to drink and really enjoy the opportunity to choose our wines. The food was fantastic not a large menu selection it was all prepared to perfection. Also it was the best cheesecake any of us had ever eaten. The staff were very friendly and the setting is very charming and cosy amongst a backdrop of flowering plants. it was so good that we went back again on the Saturday two nights later. Not sure if I will get back to Vaudreuil again but if I do I will be there for sure. thank you Le Charleville for two wonderful evenings.

Honest Food, really good, soups, appetizers, principal meals, less choices for dessert . I had the rack lamb , perfectly cooked. I would appreciated more veggies in my Plate. Bring your wine resto. You can look at the menu on the web site to make a good combinaison. The service was friendly and respectful. The Resto is really clean (including the washroom) on my point of view the decor needs to be refresh, really the music was boring ( Escalator type)...But had a nice evening.

For a "bring your own wine" this was quite upscale. The food was fantastic and presentation was excellent, right down to the orchid on my rack of lamb. The Table d'hote even included a "tour normande", quite the treat. Being alb to eat outside on a beautiful evening was the icing on the cake.
