Contribuiți la feedbackI would give these zero stars, but that is not possible. we came in the name of baxter to the table. cordially welcomed by clarisse our converse trageserver. the dinge looked good. the magnum of mirabeau was served over ice and small pression. next to the pfeife so to speak) . an hour and later we still had not received our food, only to be told by a very grim owner that our eating would be minutes. 20 more five minutes and another magnum down. still no eating. when we got out, they promised us food. which then arrived for two hours, was a raw bolognaise and some burgers who had been waved over a radiator. when we complained, we were dismissed by a discount or an apology. “We are short staff and we do not speak English “thanks they have never mentioned when we arrived” “Don’t come back here.” they said a venerable place. awful service . terrible food .
We were skiing over towards Courchevel, wanted lunch but not at the ridiculous prices charged there. We should have looked more carefully before sitting at a table which had spectacular views. euros for an average salad and for a beer is really...too much to pay and would prevent us returning. The views are stupendous and the staff friendly in a “French cool” way and whatever I say, there will be people queuing up for the scene and the scenery. They will need deep pockets.
We stopped for morning coffee/hot chocolate/a beer on a couple of occasions this week mainly because of its location overlooking the Meribel Valley which is stunningly beautiful. We sat in the sun on deckchairs and paid euro for our three drinks, which...are brought to the table It is I suppose what you have to pay for such a location. Good point to note the toilets were immaculate!
There is a reason Roc rhymes with heaven. The views are incredible, the live music fantastic, the food utterly delicious and the atmosphere fun and friendly. Great staff and a party atmosphere . We had a wonderful afternoon and it will be top of...the list for our visit next year. Well done on opening a brilliant place in the three valleys x
Overpriced food even by three valleys standard and poor service. Don’t waste your money or time. Plenty of other mountain restaurants offering better service and food.
