I finally had the opportunity to go to the past bridge of San José, and of course I recommend to everyone that one day you will pay a small homage to this site. the school is located on a street that runs parallel to the promenade, and is attended by school students (some with more experience than others), under the supervision of an experienced maitre, which is the one that welcomes and takes note of the commission, making the relevant recommendations. is an innovative kitchen, with very elaborate dishes and an excellent presentation. as an appetizer they put a small tosta with an octopus slice where a potato purée ball was found, and next to a small pot of olive oil. the basket of bread is a pass, all kinds of bowls with breads of different flavors (the garlic, with nuts, with olives. . we were three people and we asked for some first dishes to share and then a second. the first was a fish and vegetables of tea, and a foie accompanied by fruit, whose presentation drew a lot of attention to having a metal tone that resulted in a kind of candy. the seconds were also delicious: roasted coil covered with aracena cheese, deer stapines with foie and mushrooms, and duck magret with honey, vegetables and soy. one of the dishes that the most requested was the unique wheel, which they made directly in the same dining room. Even though we were full, we couldn't resist asking for dessert. there were two, to share: some suzette crepes that were prepared in the act in a cart, and a dessert of chocolate with ice cream. When they ordered the coffees, these also came accompanied by small cupcakes. the price was about 30€ per person, a real bargain for this type of food.
