Altar - León

The altar is a typical leoness tavern, located in the heart of the wet neighborhood (before the church of St Martin and a few steps from the main square . the place is elongated and is not very large: a bar where to drink a wine of the earth or a beer accompanied by a lid (gratiss, of course! uel, and a few tables in case you want to sit down for some rice or a snack also prepare pizza. everything is rich, but it is not one of the best restaurants in the city. the price is normal for the area in which it is.

4 of us are here on the way back to Santander after a 9-day tour in Spain, it cannot fail to divide 3 courses and bottle of wine for 10 euros was incredible and the food was really good, the waitress even wrote the menu in English for us

Eat wonderful food inside or outside on the pavement. In the evening the weather was perfect. One of the earlier openings in León that we appreciated. Good and friendly service without hovering. We went twice in town.

Friendly service, clean linens, free towels, a hot fireplace, Wifi is very good and the view is very good.

Super nice service. Wish they had more vegetarian options. Pretty sure the vegan pizza was frozen.
