Ma Come No - León de los Aldama

In the special tuna week I ordered the tuna steak and it was fantastic! The free side dish pizza bread directly from the huge pizza oven was also a gastronomic highlight.

We had dinner here twice and breakfast when we stayed at the hotel connected to it. The first meal of Caesar salad was great with lasagne. The second time the salad was good but the pasta and spaghetti was mediocre. They never shared a wine list and we asked for a savon Blanca bottle of wine which we didn’t know the cost. They said it was Mexican California wine. I told them I liked savon blanc it is from New. Zealand and they said it was good.it was so so but cost over $50 which they should have told us. We were disappointed by the wine and lack of information.

If visits this restaurant, I suggest baked ribs, with potatoes and wine caramelized onions. With a good wine.A must when visiting Leon.

Certainly not as good as Italian food I had in Italy, but overall our meal was excellent. The restaurant is very nice and the ambiance is great. Everyone was pleased with their dishes. We had one problem with a pizza they could not get right, they were very embarrassed and so the cut the entire bill in half for a party of 10 even though we barely complained. That's taking service seriously! Very impressed. In close, if your tired of Tacos and looking for some Italian food I'm sure you will be very pleased.

Very nice place, good atmosphere, great service. My dish was ok, others in my party really liked theirs. Too bad the toilets are far, way too small and too few, and they are being cleaned during breakfast hours... being in the lobby of the hotel, they should probably be cleaned when the restaurant is closed?
