We ate a family meal here and went back another day for a coupe and chi-chis (churros) for the children. The food is good, the staff were efficient and it is in a great location near the lake and beach area. Only when we left did we see another restaurant set back from the lake and much quieter. I would like to know what that is like.

Lunch break during tour of area. We tried their kids meals but not pleased. Their specialty meals are mussels. So if you want to enjoy the best of the menu, go with the steamed mussels.

Best possible view on the Lake, sitting outside on the lovely terrace. Extremely friendly staff, and great selection of seafood, pizza, meat, etc.

Great location, but our greeting was surly bordering on aggressive from a waiter who then seemed to go off shift. Food arrived worryingly quickly, and the moules were horribly rubbery - perhaps pre cooked and reheated. The glimmer of hope was when the waitress noticed the uneaten moules and offered to replace them (she seemed to know the problem before we found the translation). The replacement we went for was a chèvre chaud salad which arrived on factory sliced bread, the salad reminiscent of a 70's British hotel restaurant. We asked for the bill and then waited for at least 20 minutes waving at the poor waitress who seemed to be incredibly stretched, waiting tables all over the place. We finally found another waiter who took the payment. When I commented how bad it was and my intention to write this review he apologised sincerely and insisted on a cash refund which I suppose was a nice gesture but still a shocking ordeal.
