Ruby Tuesday - Lenoir

Absolutely LOVE going to Ruby’s in lenoir! The manager Sammy is the best and makes sure that we are well taken care of and our food is exactly the way we like it. Our waitress Sarah is absolutely AMAZING she makes sure that our kids get their food as soon as possible so they don’t get antsy and takes care of us so well and deserves Best Waitress Award for sure!!!!

My daughter and I love to come to Ruby’s to eat with our family. Sunday meals here are great. Sammy and his staff are so excellent with providing us great customer service.

Me and my brother came for a midday lunch and are server was Zach Brown he gave amazing service and he looked just as good as the food.

The wait was almost 2 hours, the steak had no flavor at all, the Philly had next to no meat on it,the chicken and macaroni was nasty and the cookie was not cooked all the way. The server Sarah was extremely nice and did a great job. I do not recommend this place. The only good thing here was the server.

Our waiter Zach Brown was awesome. He was friendly and very attentive. The food was pretty good, I had the Hickory Bourbon chicken) but the service is what will have me coming back. One of the best parts of eating out is the wait staff. If they're friendly, I can let some things slide. Again, the food was good, but I really enjoyed my meal more because of the special treatment we got from Zach. Thanks Ruby Tuesday for us having a really good lunch with great atmosphere.
