Hardee’s - Lenoir

I haven't eaten there in a while, but I went by today to help my uncle, who had locked his keys in his car. When I arrived, two Hardee's employees were out in the hot sun trying to get my unckes doors unlocked. They spent over an hour helping him, so I am going to give this Hardee's a good rating just based on the employees going the extra mile to help a customer in need. I wish I had gotten their names but forgot. So, a HUGE thank you for the help.

Ordered food and pulled to the window and never even seen an employee. Never paid for my food and never even got my food.I waited 12 mins and pulled out and left. Wouldn't recommend!!

Ordered 2 breakfast platters and neither one had a biscuit in it,tried to call several times got recording!! Sorry as hell!!

Food was served fresh and hot, associates were friendly and fast.

As usual, barely warm burger, cold fries. I only go here maybe once every 6 mos., hoping things will change. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.
