Little Caesars Pizza - Lenoir City

I've never seen anyone in this store ever wash their hands (there's every day for the job). Little Caesars never corrects customer problems when they are freaking out. Over half has no uniform or uniform. Really sloppy culture.

Another experience. Go inside to get a little quick. Not someone at the front counter, the younger boy sitting on the floor on the drive thru playing on their phone. Pair of children in the back. Finally, someone came to the counter and took my order. Picked 2 hot and ready Lol pizza, maybe 7 pepperoni on one side and 2 on the other plus burned cheese! Come on! WOW. Unbelievable!

I went to the evening around 715pm clean place I noticed that I was immediately greeted I asked about the time that it tk to mk was told a pizza for me, how 7 minutes all seating was taken I told the girl I would go to the car and wait next thing I knew that she was in my car window with my cake I was like wow big service was I back pizza was hot and well we back...

This place has to stop call to orders. I always order a pizza without cheese for a child who can't have cheese. That's why I'm calling in order to be ready when I get there. 2 stars just because I prefer to use my order in than the app or web for it.

Sat in lobby for 25 minutes because pizza was not ready at time given when ordering. Staff wasn't professional, specifically the manager who walked outside every 5 minutes for a smoke break while loudy audibly complaining about how much he hated his job. Cheese sticks were great, pizza was cold and barely had any toppings on it. Won't be back.
