Depending on who you get to make your sandwich they will make it like they hate their job. Other than food food is amazing. Definitely favorite subs in town. Me and my work colleague both got sandwiches and potato soup from this Firehouse in Lenoir city Tennessee, per usual the sandwiches looked and tasted perfect but when we got our soup one looked like actual soup and the other looked like mashed potatoes that had been set out for hours, I called the store hoping to get this simple mistake fixed but I was told to not worry about my od looking mush because it was only appearance and had nothing to do with taste, I have been long time customer and wasn’t rude at any time and still no help or replacement was offered. God forbid good customer service these days.

I had a co worker order lunch for himself from this location and when he got back to the office with his food, the potato soup looked like mashed potatoes. He called the store and the manager said that they were safe to eat, however my co worker did not feel comfortable eating them, so he gave them to me and I didn 't think much of it since the manager said they were safe. I only had about 3-4 bites before I successfully attempted the DQ Blizzard test on this Soup and none of it fell out at all because it was so stiff! Fast forward about 15-20 minutes and and I am having some serious stomach pain. I just don 't understand why the manager couldn 't have just offered to replace the soup I don 't eat here much, but when I do, I typically really enjoy it. Safe to say, even though I didn 't purchase the food, I am very disappointed and not sure that I will eat here again....

This is an update on my previous review from 2 years ago as I go to this place a lot . Pictured is a cup and a bowl of potato soup that was picked up less than 15 mins ago .
