Taco Bell - Lenexa

I went through here at 23:30 on a Friday night. The line was so long that it was wrapped all the way around the building. The entire waiting period from entering the line to receiving my order was about 35 minutes, which I consider excessive, even on a Friday night. Despite the fact that they were very busy, and also among servants, the servants had a great attitude and was pleasant, friendly and apologetic for the long waiting periods. The lady who finished my transaction in the window was incredibly friendly, and although she must have been stressed, she held her positivity and gave excellent customer service.

I usually get the crispy packs that are always delicious! The staff here are usually super nice and that makes this my favorite taco bell to come. There's a guy on the window when I last visited and he was a real chill dude and I like the conversations while I wait.

My youngest son orders the Doritos Locos taco without salad. Only meat and cheese. He says they're delicious. I order whatever and put fire sauce on it because fire sauce tastes good.

I can't make them responsible for the line at 23:30 on a Saturday, but they treated it pretty well. Most problems were people who order food for several people instead of themselves. But what can you do? The food was fresh and good even when I came home. Can't really ask for more.

Generally a 5 star. Today person at window apparently stressed and a bit brusque. Other staff seen at drive thru window appeared pleasant. Male taking my order was great and patient. Food good as usual.
