Pizza Hut - Lenexa

Pizza was hot and made right. There were no plastic braces between the pizza and box top, but otherwise it was perfect. Way better than the old location we used to go to.

This place is getting to be terrible. I used to give them a tip at the drive window. This time, they had the audacity to charge me for just one pack of parm and pepper. Ridiculous.

I picked up pizza and breadsticks at this location on a busy Friday night. The employees were very professional and courteous. The man working the drive through made a point to address me by my name multiple times. It made me feel welcome and the young man who brought the pizza to my car addressed me as sir and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure my order was perfect. It?s very refreshing in this day and age to treated that way. Also, the food was fantastic. I?m glad they opened this location.

I have been picking my pizza up myself since I have been being delivered cold pizza. When I went to pick it up they said it would be a few minutes. It was 5 minutes and I noticed it was my unboxed thin crust pizza on the rack that was in the middle just waiting to be boxed. The person was putting hot from the oven pizzas in the boxes while mine was just sitting there getting cold. Finally he boxed it and gave it to me.

Still my favorite pizza! For a couple visits after this carryout location opened, their pizza seemed a little more mediocre... but something changed last year, and they 've been excellent ever since. The pan pizza crust is a dollar upcharge, but absolutely worth it and the tastemaker deal in the app continues to be a good value.
