The service is always great here. the girl worked for my soda out of her own pocket when my card took off. I forgot that I got gas and they had a stop at my money cuz I used at the pump. I love that ice at this place, it's the best and so I stopped to get a limo on the way home. my card went back and I was so embarrassed. it did my day. always goes back.

I asked my delivery driver to meet me in front of the hospital and told him I was getting a wheel chair down to get my food because I can't walk and am disabled. He left my food at the front desk without telling me and wouldn't answer my calls. A shame this is how they treat people who are disabled. Not only that but they forgot the straw to my drink, they gave me regular chips instead of barbecue, and on top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich! Very poor service

Jimmy John's whole thing is SPEED. Like get your sandwich and your change at the same time FAST. I wrote this review before I got my slim #2. RAHDICKYOOLUSS

I ordered for pick up. When I got home and opened my sandwich the bread was so hard that when I knocked on it to show my significant other how hard it was, my dogs barked thinking someone was at the door.

I ordered delivery at 10:56 online on 12/10/2021 and I 've never had issues before. But they brought me an unsweetened tea with no ice, My receipt shows a large root beer. This did not upset me, mistakes happen we are all human. But when I called she was very rude, still offered to have someone drive it out but at this point I said well i don 't know, no one is going to spit in my drink right (in a joking manner) and she started being super rude asking me what I think of their company and etc. I told her not to worry about it and hung up. I will not be ordering here at all. Thanks
