The quality of the drinks and customer service here varies greatly. I tolerated it for a while since it was the closest option, but I now choose to drive farther to a place that is not only cheaper but also consistently excellent.

I really enjoy the flavors here, but it's hit or miss when it comes to having boba available, and the menus need updating. The management should ensure that menu items are in stock. I think I’ll look for a more consistent place.

The staff was subtly rude, the drinks were overpriced and surprisingly salty, and they expect exact change when paying in cash—who really has exactly 81 cents on hand? Overall, the drinks were average and the customer service was mediocre. However, I must say the shop itself was quite charming.

Best boba tea in the area. My friends and I had drinks together and stayed for around 2 hours and the staff were super polite. They have board games and a selfie spot, and the lighting in the place is great at all times of day. I tried the wintermelon flavor this time and it was sooo

I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. There are other better boba places in KC. The staff is so unprofessional and they seem like they don’t care to even be there or do their jobs. They are always sitting in the corner on their phones while the trash is full and they are dirty tables. I don’t recommend wasting your time and money on this place.
