Worst birthday dinner experience I had. Waitress forgot about us, no drink refill. Waited 25 minutes after done eating and still didn't ask if we needed boxes to go or wanted dessert. Not to mention went for lasagna and they had none. It was only 4;30.

Great job tonight for my mom's 80th birthday celebration!!!!

Had spaghetti and ask if I could take salad home never gave me before I left and I forgot about until I got home. No bread with spaghetti so I asked. Told me they had no bread today. Friend order chicken salad and was asked Pittsburgh style and she said yes. Well they charged her $3 for a hand full of French fries. Never told her there was an up charge.

Pleasant atmosphere. Good Service. Very reasonable prices. Good food. Definitely recommend.

We have been coming here for years throughout the year and I'm special occasions, but will be unlikely to return after yesterday. My dad, mom, and I went to celebrate her birthday. First we weren't told of several items not available on the menu until after we attempted to order. Service was okay until we got our food. Then our waitress had a couple off large tables and neglected all the smaller ones. No drink refills, no checking on the table at all. Other tables had to go up and try to pay at the bar as she never brought the check. We got our own boxes. She finally brought the check and made excuses why she was busy. My mom was upset and had said we wanted desert but wasn't interested in it or coming back. So then the waitress got rude. And threw my Dads card down after he handed it to pay also. If large tables can't be handled without neglecting the smaller ones that were already there then they shouldn't be taking them on.
