Pho 3 Mien - LEMOYNE

I wish there was a vegan/vegetarian option on the menu. I ordered the tofu stir fry with lemongrass and vegetables, but the tofu was soggy and poorly cooked. The dish mainly consisted of large pieces of onion and bell peppers with only a few carrots.

We decided to stop at this restaurant on our way home, and although there were many vegan options on the menu, our server informed us that they do not serve vegan pho as they only have beef broth. It was disappointing not being able to enjoy pho at a restaurant known for it.

The food at this restaurant is both well-prepared and delicious!

Would have chosen this place on our way to home and while there is a solid amount of vegan options on the menu, after our server today they can not vegan pho because they only have bark broth. not in a position to get pho at a Pho place was disappointing.

I believed and came here because it is local, and was certainly not disappointed! the pho tai is absolutely incredible and full of taste. I'll be back soon!
