They have rude, lazy, disrespectfull emplyee's. i walked in as one employee walked out for a break i said hi in a friendly enough tone and she gave me an angry look and said nothing as if i was the problem. this isnt the first time and its never the same person, the whole crew has a terrible attitude and they are always short on chicken. they conduct themselves very unprofessionally.
If I could give zero stars then I would the cooking oil is as black as charcoal the manager is very disrespectful telling me to “stop talking to her and do my work” I was trying to explain how I felt disrespected she wouldn’t give me the owners number and she locked me out the store during business hours
The worker was trying to request a day off and the manager was being disrespectful so when he brought it up the manager was being even more disrespectful and telling him to be quiet and do his job very disrespectfully if front of other employees and customers and she locked the door on Him and told him to leave even though the doors are supposed to be unlocked at all times during business hours
I am not usually one to write reviews, but the experience encountered at the Sutterville Road Sacramento, CA location was extremely unprofessional on 9/19/23 approximately 8:15pm. I pulled through the drive thru to order dinner. I was told it would take 7 mins for them to cook my wings, which was not a problem. There were no other cars behind me in the drive thru, but I was told that I needed to exit the drive thru without any explanation of why since no one was waiting behind me. I would have immediately moved should another car have pulled up behind me. Without any rationale being shared of what the issue was with me waiting, I stayed in the drive thru with no cars behind me. Shortly thereafter, a young black female comes to the window and says, I can 't have you waiting in MY drive thru . Again, there was no attempt at articulating the concern to me, at which point I asked for my money back. The representative that was assisting me asked for MY receipt and as I handed it to her, she snatched it out of my hand. I definitely will not be attending this location ever again. I do not have an issue following rules if I understand the rationale, but when you have incompetent staff who are incapable of adequately communicating, it only further exacerbates customer 's concerns. My hope is that someone from KFC sees this review and takes a vested interest in upskilling their staff on how to be customer centric.
