Contribuiți la feedbackI normally eat Subway in Wilmington. This was my first time in this location. Store was immaculate and clean. Staff greeted me upon entering. I felt like family, not just a customer. Food was great. I'll definitely come back to this location again.
This experience was awful! They wouldn’t accept a $50 bill for our $33 bill. The lettuce was brown and wilted, and they were out of meatballs without even an apology, just a casual "we're out." To top it off, the mayo on my husband's steak sandwich was old and sour! We traveled four hours to get here, and we stopped because we were hungry, but after spending $33, we're still hungry! There was no customer service at all, and the food was just terrible!
I got thier at 8.50 employee was help some one then then started talk to store worker and then told me it was 9.02 and that I would have to leave the woman had an adtude she shouldn't be working thier and all customers come first then sign said theycloses at 10.00pm lady got in argument and cussed us out I don't recommend this store and Chris just let her do it
I ordered a sandwich, but what I received was an attitude instead, haha!
She charged me $9 for my footlong, and I chose not to leave a tip. When she noticed this, she remarked sarcastically, "Wow, thanks for your time," and her attitude soured dramatically. At that point, I considered leaving, but since I had already paid, I wanted my sub made the way I requested. When I asked for toppings, she put on the bare minimum, and I can't emphasize enough how unpleasant her attitude was throughout the entire process. Ultimately, I settled for my sub just so I could leave and write this review. I'm extremely unimpressed and believe that employees like her tarnish the reputation of this business.
