Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q - Leland

We ate there today. The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Problem was the restaurant stunk. No idea what it was, but the whole dining room smelled like a dumpster or a dirty bathroom. We literally breathed a sigh of relief when we got out. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Ordered 2 combo plates for our supper with double fries. Got home no barbecue and very few fries. Called the store rung 8 times no answer except for voicemail. Left a message and no return call.

The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the food was delicious. The fried chicken is a must-try!

I visited the drive-thru this evening, and the service was excellent. The young man who helped us was very friendly and polite, which is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Smithfields!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Smithfield's. The managers, particularly the general manager named Nabors, have terrible attitudes. They really need to improve their customer service and how they treat customers. I will not be returning to this location.
