Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar

Ordered curbside pick up for my birthday for pick up at 6:30 pm. Got a message that due to high volumes the earliest time was 6:45- fine. I come to pick up my food I waited an hour on the dot for my food to come out to me. It’s now 7:45, an hour past my pick up time my food is cold. I’m missing items. I’m still sitting here waiting on fries. But now I have to go home throw all of my food in the oven to even eat it because it’s not even the slightest warm. Will never visit here again. I understand being busy, short staffed the holidays but people have come went in ate left in this hour before we even received our food that I ordered an hour in advance.

I dined in today with my family we were a party of six. Our server was named Tom. While ordering he did not repeat the order back to us and was very rushed. I understand he was busy but his attitude was very short. The food was good however he did not ring in one of our entrees and when asked about where it was he had apologized and said he forgotten. We told him it’s okay and that we didn’t want it anymore. No manager came by our table to speak with us or check up on us until we requested one at the end of our visit. When we asked the manager if she was aware he had forgotten to ring in our entree she had said he told her about the situation before visiting our table. She was not apologetic and did not offer any sort of discount or compensation for our very unpleasant experience. While we didn’t expect a discount, her excuse was “she was in the kitchen”. It was not a very welcoming experience.

Do yourself a favor. Go to Morgantown, Washington or Pleasant Hills. This is the worse one in the area.

Fun bar and eating areas. The sandwich was unique in a good way. Interesting concept to put everything between bread...but it works nicely. Staff is attentive and helpful. Jump o it, it is a good place to stop!

I waited a long time to give my order. I usually say they have the best pizza in town but I got it to go and it wasn't good.
