We were passing by the area (visiting Tomar, Batalha Alcobaça when we searched a place for lunch and found this. Well worth the trip! The starters were delicious, so delicious that I forgot to take pictures!! In summary, a variety from seafood, octopus, pork (ear, morcela, ham and greens (pimentos padrão [peppers] and asparagus . And the mains, oh the mains!! We went for “the day dishes”: lamb and cuttlefish. Oh my, they were good! As for the drinks, go for beer as it’s always fresh and they never let your glass go empty : Lovely place, very nice staff and amazing food.
