This is a sweet and fun small market to discover new vegan treasures. my favorites were the croquettes packing in miyukitchen the sauce was amazing and the croquettes come in different ways. all that I have tried so far are wonderful: red beet, tofu, smoked tofu and sour wortsam. her mochi was also amazing. also the bao at gohan power (I think that was the stall) was good. me is an obst- and sweet-house whose farm is at the rande of leipzig. I bought some cries (picking like rainier) that they just selected the day before! the tofu at tovu had a very strong smokey taste that was a little for me. dogs are allowed in the market! there are a few chairs outside that can use people to eat, but not many. this is a sweet little market where you can discover new vegan treasures. my favorite were the croquettes wraps at miyukitchen the soße was fantastic and the croquettes there are in different variants. all the types I have tried are wonderful: red bete, tofu, smoked tofu, sour wort with sesame. also the mochi was fantastic. the bao at gohan power (I think that was the stand) was also good. Auf dem Samstagsmarkt wir man als vegan lebender Mensch immer satt zufrieden! Es gibt leckeren Kuchen japanische Leckereien, wie japanische Kroketten. Die Kroketten mit den verschiedensten Füllungen kann man sich auch als Wrap mit frischem Salat und hausgemachten Saucen zubereiten lassen. Viel Gemüse für zu Hause gibt’s natürlich auch.

Ente Mich is a fruit and veg stall their farm is on the edge of Leipzig. I bought some cherries (looked like Rainier), which they just picked the day before! The tofu at ToVu had a very strong smoky flavor that was a bit much for me. Dogs are allowed inside the market! There are a couple of chairs outside that people can use to eat at, but not many. Dies ist ein süßer kleiner Markt, auf dem man neue vegane Schätze entdecken kann. Mein Favorit waren die Kroketten Wraps bei Miyukitchen die Soße war fantastisch und die Kroketten gibt es in verschiedenen Varianten. Alle die typen habe ich probiert sind wunderbar: Rote Bete, Tofu, geräucherte Tofu, Sauerkraut mit Sesame. Auch der Mochi war fantastisch. Die Bao bei Gohan Power (ich glaube, das war der Stand) war auch gut. Ente Mich ist ein Obst und Gemüsestand ihr Hof liegt am Rande von Leipzig. Ich kaufte ein paar Glaßkirschen (sah aus wie Rainier), die sie erst am Tag zuvor gepflückt hatten! Der Tofu bei ToVu hat eine sehr stark gerauchert geschmack das war zu viel für mich. Hunde sind auf dem Markt erlaubt! Draußen gibt es ein paar Stühle, auf denen man essen kann, aber nicht viele. Updated from previous review on 2022 03 23
