Last time, the dishes were somewhat too placative to me and thus unnecessary one-dimensional, that has now improved again. All dishes contain elements that better balance and limit the aroma. As a result, the dishes receive their complexity and the difference that I recently missed. I liked the menu very well. All corridors had their charm and lay qualitatively for me at an equally high level.
Overall, however, a strong gastronomic overall performance and a clear recommendation for the concept of “table”, from which you can also enjoy an excellent view of the evening Leipzig. When do you get a two-star menu in the evening (sometimes inclined to the third star, to the salmon and the bulge) including water for less than 100 euros? (This review refers to the offer The table)
In summary, this time really all the ingredients have perfectly harmonized and, unlike the last time, I did not have the impression that there were too many or useless ingredients. Ergo all thumbs for today's menu above!
In summary, this time I found the menu much better than the last time. Worked much more focused on me (especially the main course). Gang 1 4 had many different ingredients, but nevertheless harmonized. Only in the course of fishing would have been less for me, as the additional crems offered no added value for me or rather distracted from the great hake. This is, of course, only a very small criticism. Regardless of this, I didn't feel like I got B-Ware in contrast to the main restaurant. I would like to emphasize positively the portion size. This is because it does not get at all and the portions were much larger compared to my 7 gear menu last time. Overall so great evening and a thick recommendation of the concept The table! for all those who like me are especially interested in good food.
I was not as happy with the menu as with previous ones. I see the joy of combining Peter Maria Schnurr again. But some times the resulting complexity does not convey to me – strong and harmonious aromas shape the corridors and the contrast points I read more on the map than I find them perceptible on the plate. I believe that too much strength has brought too much blur to the courts. I assume, however, that this is a snapshot, because the basic characteristics of the individuality, tension and quality of the products are still sharp.
