Apels Garten - Leipzig

Das Restaurant strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben zu zweit sehr lecker gespeist. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren zu zweit Gast am Tisch Nr. 6 und hatten bestellt: 1 x Schweinebacken 1 x Apels Leibgericht 2 x Köstritzer Schwarzbier für insgesamt € 47,50

Im Rahmen einer kulinarischen Stadtführung machten wir hier einen Stopp. Ich kann nicht behaupten, mich hier willkommen gefühlt zu haben, da wir draußen an einem Stehtisch abgefertigt wurden. Es gab als Kostprobe ein kleine Suppe, zumindest meine vegetarische Variante war okay aber etwas fad. Das Restaurant soll ja eine absolute Institution in Leipzig sein. Wahrscheinlich ist mein Eindruck daher nicht repräsentativ.

Waren wegen des Zoos für einen Kurztrip in Leipzig und haben im Restaurant gegessen. Das Cordon Bleu war das beste, das ich je gegessen habe. Ausgezeichnet! Auch das Gemüse und die Bratkartoffeln waren super! Alles frisch und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Schönes Lokal und freundliche Bedienungen. Preise für die Qualität absolut angemessen. The restaurant of the German kitchen very close to the center, but not as hectic as in the small fleischergasse. it was always good to make a spontaneous appointment, to make an economical season, or to make a stop with the child (favourable children's menu).Leider has become the kitchen with years negligent. last we were there with 15 people to celebrate a birthday and nothing really tasted. lifeless appetizers, no good meat, bottled wine that no one of the guests liked. And for years the same desserts.Condition as always friendly and helpful, but this does not save the bad table unfortunately.A new chef is overdue, I would think.

It was an experience of the special kind.A perfect peak performance of the kitchen team,a menu of the extra class,for exquisite wines from eleven predicated wineries.Excellent service,here just tuned everything.We have traveled out and have lived a beautiful evening.
