Awesome cafe. Really friendly staff, great coffee. My partner got a burger and said it was “the best burger he has had in NZ”. I got gluten free toasty and gluten free muffin and they were delicious. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and lots of gluten free options!

#1 fish in chips in New Zealand. I 'm on the hunt of the best fish and chips here, and out of 22 places visited so far, Leigh Eats still beats all of then. No bathroom, but public toilets are nearby. The only 'bad ' thing is that when I was there it wasn 't super clean, outdoor patio was fulfilled with thrash lying everywhere and the bin was overflowing. Still, 5 stars for exceptional battered fried fish. Chips were very good, but definitely not the best :
