I made a reservation for Father's Day, only to be informed upon arrival that they do not accept lunchtime bookings. I believe it would have been helpful to notify us in advance about this policy, especially on a special occasion like Father's Day. We were quite disappointed, as we were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal there. The response we received was unsatisfactory, and I’m not sure whose responsibility it was to manage the bookings. Hopefully, next time there will be better communication.
