Drove past the Sugar Loaf for the past 14 years and after the recent visit questioned 'why so long '. Incredibly welcoming with fantastic selection of beer and ales with an exquisite range of freshly cooked food. Looking forward to my next visit pale ale along with barbecued pork belly.

Always a warm welcome from Eve, Paul and their team. Eaten here many times and it's always been spot on! Great portions, fresh, hot, tasty and not overpriced! No messing just proper, good quality home cooked food!

PIE NIGHT....can not fault excellent!!! ...I had the steak and ale pie, for pudding apple crumble. Delicious!!!
