Millie's Cookies - Leicester

I went to the store today and my cookies were delicious! I bought a box of cookies, but unfortunately the box broke while I was carrying it and the cookies fell on the floor because there were no bags provided. I went back to the store and explained the situation. The kind worker behind the counter graciously replaced all of my cookies for free in a new box. Excellent service, great job Ben, thank you again!

I visited the restaurant today and was served by Meagan. She was charming and welcoming, and even helped me select the perfect cookies. I had a wonderful customer experience and will definitely be returning!
