Little Tokyo - Leicester

Little Tokyo is a tiny restaurant but it packs a huge punch. I went here for a fantastic date night, trying some gorgeous Japanese plum wine and eating fantastic food. 10/10 and I won a free gyoza pen too!

So I'm 33 and had sushi from many a place since I discovered it at 16. Never have I had it so freshly prepared in such an amazing way. The food was astonishingly delicious, the sake went down like a dream and the owner was so so good even giving us free plum wine. I look forward to dining here again and deem it as a real treat for myself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fully changed my view on Japanese quisine for the better.

Went in to order food for takeaway, staff were very friendly and cooked everything pretty quickly after I ordered. They also put the egg from my boyfriend's dish on the side so I could enjoy it. Lovely little place and delicious food

Probably the longest standing Japanese place in Leicester. Food is very good and the service was attentive. Has a top selection cold bottled Japanese beers. A good place to take your time between small courses.

I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times, the service, atmosphere, and food were outstanding! On our second visit, it was quite busy, but our meals were served quickly, and the waitstaff were friendly and engaging. I highly recommend dining here!
