Very pleasant pub and friendly staff. The Sunday roast was excellent as was the steak Stilton pie and very good value

What a lovely find. We were passing so booked in for Sunday lunch and so pleased we did. Lovely vibe and staff and it was without a doubt one of the best Sunday roasts I have had. Absolutely delicious. Shout out for Issey who gave fabulous service and actually looked happy to be at work.

Really good Sunday lunch, food and table service were great however spoilt as we were a family of 11 all squeezed on to a table that was at the most for 8-10, very compact and hardly room to eat. We also found a piece of vegetable skin in the potato which was mentioned to the managers at the time. An apology by the manager was given but no gesture of good will. Unfortunately when we came to pay the prices on our receipt were incorrect and we were being overcharged on every main meal and when queried I was told it was correct and didn’t match the printed menu prices and on line prices as they were a physical error! ?

Been to the Cricketts a couple of times over the past few months. Menu is great and varied catering for all tastes and reasonably priced. Staff super friendly and always willing to help. Great relaxed atmosphere and would definitely recommend a visit
