Chilli Flames - Leicester

I ordered food from this restaurant on a Sunday night at 11:30. It took over an hour to make my order, and then an additional 20 minutes for delivery. It was a complete joke! When the food finally arrived, 1 and a half hours later, it was cold. The chips were soggy, the burger was stale to the point where the bun had stuck to the box, the chicken was dry and cold, and the rice was overly salty. The only thing they got right was one of the drinks; the second drink was incorrect. I have had good experiences at Chili Flames before, but this will definitely be my last time ordering from there.

I usually order the pitta, and it's my only favourite food option on the menu! Good taste and spice. The place could be cleaner so for eg. the tables are clean for the next customer. The price point is great for the food you get and it is filling! Good take away spot for when you want a quick meal!

Service has been very poor, same girl who’s always here is very unprofessional. Was speaking in another language about clients which I could understand and it very poor from chilli flames.

Usually have chilli flames from evington branch never had a problem this time I ordered off Uber eats came from chilli flames on granby street very disappointed as fries had to much spice on it was not edible.
