Big John' S Humberstone Road

The food at this restaurant has always been consistent and the staff are helpful, especially since they are open at times when other similar places are not. However, tonight I had to throw my burger in the bin because despite clarifying three times that I did not want sauce or mayo, there was actually more sauce and mayo than burger. Additionally, I was asked if I wanted my kebab on naan or pitta, but it was just dumped in the box with neither. Overall, the food is usually good for the price but is often ruined by the staff's lack of attention to detail.

This restaurant was really good when it first opened, but now it's a mess. I waited almost 20 minutes just to order, and then my food took nearly 30 minutes to come out despite me having to constantly ask about it. I ordered a spicy fillet burger meal, which was disappointing. The burger bun was tiny and the chips only filled half of the box. It seems like there is no passion or motivation from the staff or management. If it wasn't so late, I would have definitely gone somewhere else.
