Pizza Hut - Lehigh Acres

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Pizza arrives completely burned and they forgot our soda. So driver says I'll be right back. Had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for soda and burnt pizza, so all the other food was cold by now of course. Open NEW pizza and burnt again! Called spoke with Makayla the manager at the call center and said they were replacing pizza so I couldn't get a refund! Horrible customer service, drivers are decent and honest, totally not their fault. And my kid told me last time I ordered when babysitter was here, pizza had came the same way!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The crust was extremely stale and seemed old, even though I specifically requested it to be cooked well done. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. The only thing that was decent was the cinnamon sticks. I've never encountered pizza with such a crust before. This is simply unacceptable.

September 11, 2021 UPDATE: MANAGER GAVE A FULL CREDIT. Today, used my credit, with doubt, but this time the pizza was absolutely fantastic. If I got my pizza like this every time, I would order from here all the time. Thank you for credit and great pizza. Third picture is today's picture. It has sauce l. Last month.... Just got this at work. Pizza crust is awful, you have to chew it. Like rubber. Worst pizza ever. Cheese sticks, well picture tells all. Received wrong pop.

The pizza taste sour. The cinnamon bites taste sour. It's like they dont keep the stuff cold or it's expired. It's just nasty and half the staff is rude. Only good part of this place is the one employee that made that pepperoni pizza, Juan. I can just tell he cares.

My order was prepared as I expected, although, the service was awful. I waited 10 minutes in the store before an employee would come to the front and help me. I was told by 3 separate employees that someone would be up to help me in just a moment. It took 10 minutes. All a while my pizza was sitting in the warmer. They did not appear busy, no cars in the parking lot, not customers in the store, and the phone was not ringing. I was thinking about getting my cell phone from the car and calling them just so someone had to come to the front and answer the phone.
