Funny Cake Bakery - Lehigh Acres

I recently tried some cakes from Funny Cake Bakery at the green market in Naples and they were delicious! One was a traditional triple berry cake with fresh fruits and a homemade crust, while the other was a vegan strawberry rhubarb cake that was the best I've ever had. I never thought I would enjoy vegan desserts, but these were amazing. If you're looking for old-fashioned homemade cakes, you have to try them. I met this bakery when shopping on the local farmers market. I couldn't believe I actually found a vegan baker! her choice was so great I took two cakes and ordered gluten-free and vegan zimtbuns for next week. no surprise that they were amazing. my not vegan husband said they were better than the chain version. I am so excited to see what she will have every week. When you call early, she can hold until she trusts me she's selling out quickly. I always check out her facebook to see what she brings in the night before....some find on a ground market. very recommend their gluten-free crust..best I have ever! jenny.

I had the pleasure of ordering a chocolate cake for my son at this restaurant. The entire room, whether they were vegan or not, devoured the cake. It was incredibly moist! I was very impressed. I think they should consider shipping it too. Just look at it.
