Contribuiți la feedbackI feel bad for the employees. They seem understaffed. The White gummie I ordered wasn?t evenly blended, in fact, it?s kind of hard to drink. They had a long line of people waiting, and then gave my husband and me our orders when we know there were two orders in front of us. They are young kids and doing their best, but they need extra hands.
Placed an online order. While we were driving to go pick it up, I got a notification that Jamba cancelled it for no reason. No one from the store reached out to explain why. Highly unprofessional. Do better, Jamba Juice.
Super watered down drinks, I paid 10 dollars for a matcha tea with sweet cream and they put little to no cream I'm my drink and it was so watered down. They are super slow and I honestly will never come here again.
I go to this Jamba Juice once every few weeks after work for a treat, and I?ve never been disappointed. The staff has always been hustling and so friendly. Never complaint from me. I?ll definitely keep my after work treat routine on weekdays. Just don?t go on Sundays. I just left after being blatantly ignored by two employees for about four minutes. No greeting, but the two people working back there definitely saw the five people waiting in the lobby to be helped. They definitely weren?t trying to hustle at all, and it was a little concerning that the woman had her super long haired down and free flowing around food. A definite fail for the Sunday crew.
I was going to go in but saw one of the employees, a young blonde girl, sitting on the counter, cross legged so her shoes were on the counter right next to where her co worker was making a drink. She proceeded to pick her ear before someone came in and she helped them, no hand washing or cleaning the counter beforehand. There were so many employees working and they were all just hanging out and chatting even when someone was in the store
