Most delicious meal I have had in a long time. Appetizers: We started with the Crab Rangoons, they were the perfect size, not huge but could split in two and have 2 bites or pop the whole thing in your mouth for a large bite. Entrees: The Pad Thai with chicken was DELICIOUS! It was very well-balanced with the flavors. My friend had the stir-fried glass noodles with chicken and it was also DELICIOUS! Large portions, enough to take 1/2 home for lunch the next day. It also reheated very well and was just as good the next day. Next time we go, we will try the sushi. 100% RECOMMEND!!

Well, while I 'm waiting for my order, let 's get the initial bad impressions out of the way first: the acoustics in the dining area are awful. The ambiance is lackluster. The menu has WAY TOO MANY options, and the waitstaff, while friendly, all appear to be pretty clueless about the menu and serving customers. Not their issue, but customer service is so simple and such a lost art. I came for one and one thing only: pho. Seeing it listed as a single option not in their soups and salads section but in their noodle section gave me pause. Their only pho option: Pho Rice noodles in beef broth w/ sliced beef meatballs, bean sprouts, cilantro basil $11 I 'm not a fan of the meatballs offered in pho cheap beef and asked for it without. We 'll see if I get any jalapeños, plum or srirachi... right now there is only soy sauce on my table. I appreciate that we 're a long ways from Vietnam and restaurants need to serve to the local palate but I generally find restaurants that pick too many styles without any coherence are more interested in their profit than the quality of their product Sushi Moon fits the bill a mish mash of asian cuisine offerings and likely all very americanized (meaning each authentic dish overwrought with more sugar, salt, and beef than you could ever stomach). Thai, sushi, and pho... cuz why not when white ppl seem to just lap it up. We shall see hopefully I will have the opportunity to say something good about the place. At the very least their tap water tastes alright, but the tumbler they served it in is not clean. Gross! The pho had arrived and my initial reaction to the look of it along with the the lack of fresh vegetables on the side was, what the **** is this? and dear lord, the odor of it just smells all wrong. The broth tastes like it was made from powder and feels gritty. Christ this is horrendous. Never again. If you 've only ever had pho here, do yourself a favor and head due west on Main st. to Viet Deli over in Saratoga Springs.
