Cupbop - Lehi

I like the product but it was hard to figure out the difference between the chicken types. I ended up with hard crusty chicken balls. Was wierd. All good though. Now I know

The bowls were dry no sauce. The krunch chicken was so old and dry it hurt to chew. Couldnt even eat the meal. It went into the trash.

I feel like every single order I get is not the same as before. I dont think they measure ingredients to make all their dishes uniform . Either theres too little rice or too much rice, sauce never consistent, meat is the same. The only way to get a "good" order is by going into the shop and not delivering.

This location is absolutely terrible at making food. the cupbop bowls are always SWIMMING in sauce. like, three times as much sauce as any other cupbop location, to the point where its inedible. today my rice was actually undercooked and crunchy, while also engulfed in a SOUP of sauce. Ive tried this location multiple times over the last several months in hopes it would get better and it hasnt. this time it was incredibly over sauced, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, but also congealed together in a giant mushy block of rice. there was so much sauce on top of the chicken that I had to scrape half of it off.
