Café Trang Bistro Lehi

At Luminaria, we enjoyed a delightful experience at this charming bistro just before closing time, indulging in a variety of hot dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was simply delicious. We always make it a point to try beef pho wherever we visit, and the flavor here did not disappoint. It was rich without being overly oily and paired perfectly with extra noodles.

Absolutely amazing! This is hands down the best authentic Vietnamese food I've had on the mainland U.S. After leaving Hawai'i, I really missed it, so I'm thrilled to have found this place. So far, I've tried the Pho, the vermicelli bowls, and the fresh spring rolls, and everything is made fresh on-site. They also offer several tofu options. To top it all off, their Boba is incredible! Be sure to try the Taro/Coconut Boba.

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this place is truly a hidden gem. Having spent time in Vietnam and Cambodia, I can say the food here is amazing. Plus, finally someone knows how to make boba the right way! You absolutely have to try the Taro coconut smoothie with boba. We’ll definitely be coming back every week!

OMG this place is great, great Pho. We visit many local places throughout the country and I would definitely put this place in our top 20 if taste. Our favorite place is in Indianapolis, then read Vegas, but this Cafe Trang Bristo is definitely in our top 20 to eat Pho. The two have an amazing taste, the positions are great for tow people and lots of vegetables.

Went with the Chicken Pho! Try the Ice tea cocktail-Strawberry was my choice.
