Handmade bread. The idea was good but the result is immangeable, no matter what bread. In the space of one month I tested everything, all the breads and all the flours: not one that raises the other. Already it is necessary to love the smell (although too strong and present) of the leaven, then most of the breads are poorly lifted, the mie is a true Christian suffocation, ultra compact, as to the croute, anticipate a metal saw and a burin, especially if you thought you could eat it the next day. It is also to this that a great bread is judged: its holding in time; and there it is even worse in J 1. As for the price to bark the palace multiple times, the other contributors have already given their opinions...

Pain bought at 17h , very hard , mie hyper compact ,3€ directly to the trash .I strongly advise.

Three times in a week, two times (11am and 6pm) where there was no bread. The breads are of very good quality and it pays itself at the high price, on the other hand, the management of the supply and the quantities leaves to be desired, perhaps a will of zero loss which is understood but still, in the middle season having almost empty stalls does not make very much seller. Welcome in a lamentable box, the young woman raises her eyes in the sky, stirs her head and blows when I tell her that I will come back later because there are no baguettes, and in a general way cold atmosphere and nonchalant service. The baker's profession is honoured but your attitude is anti-commercial; Really bad. Simple suggestion: it would be really good to work also pastries and basic baker desserts to enhance your offer.

I present myself at the opening, 8:30 this day, nothing yet in the window, the staff present, just starts the installation. I only come for seven baguettes. I'm asked to reconfirm my number because the rings present would be the equivalent of 1 baguette 1/2. I confirm my number and go to the crate that is not in service. No price display, I tend my ticket of 20€ and the person makes me 13€. And then surprise, she tells me she just made a mistake, I'm surprised and asks the price. 15€ for 7 baguettes or 2€50 the baguettes. The BIO cannot justify such a price. I took the bread and sincerely felt like I'd get fucked. Sorry, but I don't recommend this bakery.
